Taco Cart Catering

With every taco catering order you get your choice of three taco meats. Our meats are of the highest quality. We pride ourselfs in freshness. 

We only use vegetable oil for our cooking and do not use any lard. We will serve your guests tacos for two hours and provide the following (salsa bar): tortilla chips, red salsa, green salsa, diced onions, chopped cilantro, sliced radishes, fresh limes, cucumbers, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, plates, napkins & utensils. Beans, rice and other sides are optional.

We provide our own 6' table or 8' table with a tablecloth for our salsa bar and a 10x10 ez-up tent. All of our cooks wear food grade gloves when handling food and a chef style uniform. We cater for a minimum order of 25 guests. 

Our meats are marinated to perfection to give it that delicious Authentic taste. Our guacamole is freshly made right before your event from the best avocados from Mexico. Choose between our whole pinto beans, refried beans or delicious pork (chorizo) beans. All of our Aguas Frescas (flavored waters) are home made and made from scratch. We do not use any powder or other artificial flavors to make our Aguas Frescas, we only use natural ingredients. All Aguas Frescas come with ice and cups.

Dont forget the Margaritas! Our high capacity commerical style Margarita Machines make delicious Margaritas and are very easy to use. There is no mess, no bartender, no blender need, and your guests can serve themselfs all night long.

Flavors available: Lime Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri, Strawberry Margarita, Hard Lemonade, Huricane or Pina Colada. Alcohol is not included. Includes: mix, 100 - 10oz cups, 100 straws and a heavy black cart. Average freeze time is 45mins - 1 hour.

Margarita Machine

Margarita Machine rental does not come with alcohol. Do not furnish alcohol to anyone under 21 years old. Do not drink and drive. The margarita machine rental will be delivered and setup by the cook. The machine takes 45 mins- 1hr to freeze. By the time the cook is ready to serve, the margaritas will be frozen and ready to enjoy! 

The machine will be picked up by the cook upon completion of the service time. If the customer wishes to keep the margarita machine overnight there will be an overnight free of $25 and we will pick it up the following day.

We Cater to:

Most of Los Angeles and Orange County. In some cities there may be a small travle fee.

First 20 miles from zipcode 90723 will be free then there will be a travel fee of $2 per mile thereafter.

Customers Responsabilities:

The customer is responsible for making sure a reasoanbly safe, secure, level and spacious area will be made available for the taco cart. All permit requirements for outdoor service (ie, parks, beaches, public areas) are the customer's responsibility.

No deposit is required. We accept cash, paypal, credit cards and company check payments only. No personal checks or American Express, sorry!

Gratuity:

Service:

Our service is for 3 hours. One hour of cooking on site and two hours of serving your guests.

You may keep any left over food as long as you provide us with some Tupperware.

Additional hours of service are at a flat rate of $50 per hour. We make approximately 4 tacos per person.
